$450 – $1,200 depending on roof access, pitch and square footage covered. Credited toward permanent repair if you hire us for the rebuild.
$95 per opening for standard sizes. Reusable plywood, screw-mounted to framing.

We're licensed contractors, not public adjusters. We document conditions and provide a defensible scope, your adjuster makes the call on coverage.
Public adjuster vs. contractor.
Licensed by the State of Florida. Represents you against the carrier. Usually paid as a % of the settlement.
Licensed FL contractor. Writes the scope, performs the repair, warranties the install. Paid for the work, not for the claim.
